If you’re looking to lose weight, make it sustainable and improve your health at the same time then you’ve landed in the right place.

The reason we can say that is because for the last 7 years, Reece Mander Fitness (RMF) has been specialising in a uniquely holistic approach to fast, sustainable weight loss for Canary Wharf’s working population.

As someone who worked for years inside the busy walls of Barclays Capital, Founder Reece knew all too well what it was like spending most of your day inside and immobile.

Trying to fit in the gym around the working day felt like a nightmare that never ended…but he managed it.

In fact, he was so driven he would often go for weeks training twice per day, in the morning and then back again at lunchtime. 

This was sandwiched in between 12 hour days while still trying to eat.

Sure, he was slim, but it quickly became too much and his health spiralled out of control as he tried to maintain his physique, balance a demanding job and fit in time to see friends and family. 

That was almost a decade ago, and thankfully we take a much smarter approach than eating less and training more.

My goal in starting RMF, was to provide somewhere you can escape to, to actually spend some time working on yourself.

Successful people need to find a balance between working hard on their job, and working hard looking after their bodies. In my opinion, you only get out of your body what you put in.

And if you want to keep, or maintain your levels of success, it MUST include a plan to take care of YOU.

How Are We Different?

With no membership fees, no training in a busy gym and with expert trainers the environment here at RMF is different.

We pride ourselves on our 100% record of results with clients and we have the photos and the testimonials to prove it.

But unlike other gyms whose only focus is on the exercise, we’re focused on improving your health at the same time.

Something you cannot get from eating less and moving more.

How Do We Do It?

When you start with us, we go through at 15-page questionnaire which outlines exactly where you are with your health right now, because this transformation is all about YOU and YOUR GOALS.

Then depending on your goals, we look at measuring or tracking such as the Biosignature body fat measuring, progress photos or sometimes even the scale. If you don’t know what your starting point is, you can’t possibly hope to measure the difference over the coming weeks.

Looking at areas such as sleep, digestion, stress levels, diet, exercise, blood tests, mindset, injuries and more, we’re able to craft a truly personalised plan of exercise and food that keeps things entertaining while still achieving results.

We understand that some of this might sound sceptical, because what we do is not mainstream in a ‘normal gym’.

But we are not a normal gym and don’t often train people who want to look and feel normal. Which is probably why you’re here reading this.

What Are The Gyms Like?

We have 2 studios in Canary Wharf and are both fitted with the highest quality equipment, for your safety and convenience. 

Changing rooms, towels and shower facilities are all provided at no extra fee.

But if you’re looking for treadmills and spin bikes, this might not be the place for you. We’ve swapped the fancy equipment for the stuff that works much better and is often much nicer to use.

If you’re looking to also train 7 days a week, this isn’t the gym for you. We find it completely unnecessary to train that often because we are big proponents of working efficiently and improving your health.

Working out that often with a job, family and life stresses, extra workouts just means more load.

And more isn’t always better. More is just more for your body to recover from.
