People often ask us, ‘What type of results are typical from someone who completes one of your programs’.

The answer as always is it depends. On factors such as

  •  How well you follow the advice we give you.
  • How well you apply yourself and how hard you work in your session.
  • How many days per week you train.
  • How well you plan your food and stick to your dietary advice.
  • How strict you are with important factors such as sleep, stress management and diet adherence etc
