Is it EXPENSIVE to hire someone to help reach your fitness goals?
I’d argue that it’s MORE expensive NOT to hire someone.
All that money wasted on gym memberships, that you didn’t use.
All that money wasted on poor food choices because you ‘thought’ you knew what to eat.
All that money wasted on cheap supplements from boots.
And it’s not even about the money.
Money isn’t your most prized asset. TIME is.
You can earn more money.
But you don’t get back the 2 years wasted using cheap supplements.
You don’t get back the 2 years wasted training with a part time PT at Virgin.
You don’t get back the TIME and EFFORT you invested going nowhere.
So maybe hiring an expert and getting results in 3 months, instead of 5 years, is a much better investment of your MONEY and your TIME.
