She wanted to change.
She was fed up.
Maribel was finally ready to take action!
She’d already done fantastically well and dropped a lot of weight by herself. But it was time to up the stakes. She wanted to look FANTASTIC and was prepared to do anything to get there.
Now training here is hard. I wasn’t sure if she could do it.. but Maribel was determined, and so we set out to start dropping that body fat!
She struggled at first. When you’re new to weights training it can take a little while to learn the movements and deal with the burn. But as I tell all the girls, that burn is burning off fat, and will reveal that fantastic body underneath!!
Mari worked her ass off each and every week. She didn’t miss any sessions. She didn’t make any excuses, she knew what she wanted, listened to her coach and smashed every single workout.
Most people think it’s only the time in the gym that counts, but what you put into that temple of a body will determine..
1. How well it runs
2. How good you feel.
3. How hard you can workout (and therefore how much fat you can burn)
Over the course of our 3 month training, assuming you eat 4 times per day as most of our girls do, thats a total of 360 meals during that time.
Maribel didn’t miss a SINGLE MEAL, or eat anything that I didn’t tell her to eat. Including her free meals of cakes and goodies 😀
Maribel dropped a whopping 10kg of fat, built 2.5kg of muscle mass (better shape) and was over the moon with her results.
So much so that Mari now works out mostly by herself and comes into RMF every now and then to get measured and to get that extra push she can’t get working out by herself!
So what secrets did we use to get Maribel in super shape to lose 10kg in such a short amount of time?
No questions asked hard work. She did whatever I asked and more. 110% effort at all times.
Smart intelligent training and meal plans. Her meal plan was tailored to her body type and shape, and changed through the weeks as she dropped body fat. Her training was also tailored to her fitness and strength levels and also progressed sufficiently.
Never skipping a meal. Mari ate 360 meals that were exactly what her body needed. The more you stick to the plan the better you will look. Her meals were designed to keep blood sugar stable so she didn’t crave sweets or junk food!
