When Patrick came into RMF he hadn’t trained properly for over a year. But he had a goal. A six pack before heading to Canada in 12 Weeks.
Patrick started training 3 times a week for 10 weeks and we managed to get him that much desired 6 pack. However, after enjoying his training so much, Patrick wanted more! He increased his training to 4 times a week and we got him down to 8% bodyfat in 10 weeks!!

When Sal came to see us she had impaired digestion and was frequently injured. She was running twice a week wasnt eating enough food to support her metabolism.
We put Sal through a structural balance program and then proceeded to add 5kg of muscle to her frame while DECREASING her already low body fat.

When Maribel came to us, she was only eating two meals per day and had a very slow metabolism. As a result if was difficult for her to lose fat. Louise has been training at RMF for 11 months.

Yes 11 months.

There are some people for whom we train where the weight literally falls off. I’ve had girls COMPLAINING they were losing weight too fast.

But for Louise, this has been 11 months of hard work and struggle.

Louise came to see me after having a baby and no matter what she did she just couldn’t seem to shift the fat.

Tired of banging her head on the wall, she came to see if I could help.

During the first few months she lost a lot of weight, and then it slowed. In fact, we hit one point where she couldn’t get below 20% body fat. But she stuck with the plan, trusted her coach and worked hard.

The result, as you can see, is phenomenal.

Louise has lost 25lbs of PURE FAT and gained 17lbs of muscle mass (so she can eat more without gaining weight, and no she’s not ‘bulky’).

Interesting, the difference in scale weight between the two pictures is only 8lbs. That is why your scale is useless!

Program: Wedding Ready
Results Lost 16% body fat, gained 9kg of muscle

When Bex came to see us, she was already working out with a PT. But as we explained to her on her first day, training without paying attention to personalised nutrition, is a recipe for going nowhere. Bex was what people common call ‘skinny fat’. This term is generally used for someone who has little muscle mass, but still holds a large amount of body fat for their size. Instead of skinny fat, we prefer the term ‘under muscled’. It was important we add muscle to Bex’s frame otherwise she wouldn’t have looked toned and slim, she would have look scrawny and unhealthy at a lower body fat percentage. We had some ups and downs during the program, as is normal but Rebekah did extremely well and her hard work in the gym paid off because she looked fantastic on her big day.
