Don’t wait for the perfect diet, don’t wait for the perfect training partner, the perfect time is now.

You will never be this age, this fit and in this mindset again. Use THAT as your motivation and begin now.

Ask yourself this question. What happens if you DON’T do this? Go ahead and make a big old list like this.

— I keep gaining weight. And keep getting more miserable.

— I’m still not able to do all the things In life I want, like go shopping for new clothes which make me feel good.

— My health continually gets worse, and worse, getting closer to cancer, diabetes and heart attack. If I don’t change i’m closer to…

— Death. (Seriously) Think about it. Horrible isn’t it?

If you can write down all the bad things that will happen if you don’t commit to changing your lifestyle. This can often be more of a motivator than the positive outcomes.

I’ve done this exercise multiple times and I can’t tell you.

It works every time.

Ask for help. One of the biggest mistakes I see people make is that they try to go it alone.
